How do you keep calm during stressful times?
During these strange times, I find it can be easy to get quite stressed out. What do you do to look after your mental health?
I few things that help me are:
1. Going for walks (even a few a day)
2. Talking with friends
3. Yoga (I'm new to it, but I'm loving it so far!)
4. Binge-watching movies/TV online
5. Breathing techniques.
I'm loving the daily Calm videos on youtube (there's an app, but it's a little expensive).
