I made gnocchi from scratch using this recipe

I always thought it would be beyond my culinary skill set to make it from scratch, but I tried it the other week, and it’s not as difficult as you think!  I used this recipe to make the gnocchi pasta: Here are some things to keep in mind if you want to try this yourself: 1. Make sure you have a lot of room on your counter, and you have trays prepped to put the gnocchi after you’ve cut it. You can’t stack them on top of each other before you put them in the boiling water. 
 2. Invest in a slotted spoon before you make this, it will make cooking the gnocchi in manageable batches much easier, as you can keep the water boiling and just fish the gnocchi out as they cook.
