Where is the Best Coffee in the World?

Where do you think the best coffee in the world is from? I think it really is a matter of opinion, which is why I'm interested to hear what people think and why. Personally, the city that has consistently had the best coffee I think is Melbourne, Australia. I say this, because after visiting many cafes there, the quality is generally a lot better than most cities I've been to. What is your opinion?
